The Federal News Radio Book Club is back.

After launching the Federal News Radio Book Club last year — the first radio “meeting” was in November. Our first book was The SPEED of Trust: The One Thing That Changes Everything by Stephen M.R. Covey — and I have a link to that conversation here.

The next “meeting” of the Federal News Radio Book Club will be on Friday, March 13 on Federal News Radio 1500 AM’s InDepth with Francis Rose program — and the book we will be discussing is What Would Google Do? by Jeff Jarvis.

I’ll have much more on this book over the coming days and weeks. I read it and I thought that enormous parts of it spoke right to the way governments conduct business. And in the end, this book isn’t really about Google specifically. It is about how an organization can be innovative and agile these days.

We spoke to Jarvis, creator of the BuzzMachine blog, on Federal News Radio 1500 AM’s Daily Debrief with Chris Dorobek and Amy Morris this week. You can hear that conversation here.
